PIRACY, i.e. COPYING PHOTOS AND AUTHORITY PRODUCTS WITHOUT WRITTEN PERMISSION

Dear Sirs, if you have information about illegally copied photos of our company's products and placed on other sites, please notify us by sending information to: sklep@grawernia.pl

We take all possible legal steps against users of illegal copies of product photos and theft of copyright projects, thus eliminating unfair competition.

AUTHOR'S LAW - defines criminal liability:

Article 115. Plagiarism, i.e. misappropriation of authorship or misrepresentation of authorship.
1. whoever appropriates the authorship or misrepresents the authorship of all or part of another's work or artistic performance shall be subject to a fine, restriction of freedom or imprisonment for up to 3 years.
2. The same penalty shall be imposed on anyone who distributes, without providing the name or pseudonym of the author, another person's work in the original version or in the form of an elaboration, artistic performance, or publicly distorts such work, artistic performance, phonogram, videogram or broadcast.
3.. Whoever, for the purpose of financial gain, otherwise than in paragraph (1) or paragraph (2), violates another's copyright or related rights specified in Article 16, Article 17, Article 18, Article 19, paragraph (1), Article 191, Article 86, Article 94, paragraph (4) or Article . 97, or fails to perform the obligations specified in Articles 193(2), 20(1)-(4), 40(1) or (2), shall be subject to a fine, penalty of restriction of liberty or deprivation of liberty for up to one year.

Article 116. Dissemination of another's work without authorization.
1. whoever, without authorization or in violation of the terms of authorization, distributes another's work in the original version or in the form of a development, artistic performance, phonogram, videogram or broadcast, shall be subject to a fine, the penalty of restriction of liberty or deprivation of liberty for up to 2 years.
2. If the perpetrator commits the act specified in paragraph 1 in order to achieve financial gain, he shall be subject to the penalty of deprivation of liberty for up to 3 years.
3. If the perpetrator has made a regular source of income from committing the offense specified in paragraph 1 or organizes or directs the criminal activity specified in paragraph 1, he shall be subject to the penalty of deprivation of liberty for a term of 6 months to 5 years.
4. If the perpetrator of the offense specified in paragraph 1 acts unintentionally, he shall be subject to a fine, the penalty of restriction of liberty or the penalty of deprivation of liberty for a term of up to 1 year.

Article 117. Recording or reproduction of another's work without authorization.
1.Whoever, without authorization or in violation of the terms thereof, in order to distribute, fixes or reproduces another's work in the original version or in the form of a development, artistic performance, phonogram, videogram or broadcast, shall be subject to a fine, penalty of restriction of liberty or deprivation of liberty for up to 2 years.
2. If the perpetrator has made a regular source of income from the commission of the offence specified in paragraph 1, or organizes or directs the criminal activity specified in paragraph 1, he shall be subject to a penalty of deprivation of liberty for up to 3 years.
