Matrix/stamp engraved with fiber laser with extreme precision!

The details possible with a fiber laser are not possible with an ordinary milling machine.

Example application: stamp for hot stamping logos in leather or wood.

Fibre laser metal engraving technology allows you to make:

- a matrix containing a lot of details

- matrix with any graphic or logo

- very sharp engraving angles which cannot be handled by an ordinary milling machine

STAGES OF IMPLEMENTATION:

1. After purchase, please provide logo, graphics, content for engraving to the email address: sklep@grawernia.pl.

- graphic files: cdr, ai, fh, wmf. for these files, please select the option: vector development NO.

- Graphic files: jpg, bmp, png or tiff will have to undergo conversion to vector graphics enabling the engraving of the matrix, therefore please select for these files the option: vector development YES. We accept only files with a minimum resolution of 300dpi.

2) We send the project (2-3 designs to choose from) for approval in the form of a pdf file.

3) After acceptance of the project is made matrix.

OPTIONALLY RECOMMENDED:

HOT-STAMP (RESISTANT) MOLDER - the device allows you to make HOT-STAMP type imprints in wood. The work consists in heating the brass stamp and burning the engraved logo, graphics or text by pressing it to the wooden surface.

- The burnisher is designed for continuous operation in the vertical position only. When using a tripod, the wooden handle must be removed.

- very good balance of the device allows comfortably long work without hand fatigue.

- The heating pin is terminated with M8 thread with a length of 10mm, which allows easy replacement of stamps.

APPLICATION: burning any text or logo in wood.

RECOMMENDATIONS: Before turning on the device, read the instruction manual to operate the burnisher safely. The device reaches a high temperature, so be very careful during operation. We can only hold the burnisher by the wooden handles. Touching metal parts risks serious burns!!! Do not heat up the burner placed on a table, board, elements made of metal, glass, stone or flammable materials. Due to the very high operating temperature, the device should be warmed up in a safe place hanging on a hook by a steel triangular eye. After finishing work, the burnisher keeps high for a long time.
