Stamp engraved with a fiber laser with extreme precision!
Details possible with a fiber laser are not possible with an ordinary milling machine.

Example application: Stamp for hot stamping logos in leather or wood.

Large stamp:

Small Stamp:
matrix dimensions:60,8x17,3mm
imprint dimensions: 59,8x16,3mm

The technology of metal engraving with fiber laser allows to make:
- matrix with a lot of details
- matrix with any graphic or logo
- very sharp angles of graphics which cannot be handled by ordinary milling machine
- very small matrix with a lot of details
- very precise matrix

- convex or concave letters
- any content, numbering, symbol, graphic sign, logo.

Lead time: from 5 to 14 days
depends on the work in progress.
For larger orders, lead time determined individually.

STAGES OF IMPLEMENTATION:
1. After purchase, please provide logo, graphics, content for engraving to the e-mail address: sklep@grawernia.pl.
- graphic files: cdr, ai, fh, wmf. for these files, please select the option: vector development NO.
- graphic files: jpg, bmp, png or tiff will have to undergo conversion to vector graphics enabling the matrix, so please select the option: vector development YES for these files.We accept only files with a minimum resolution of 300dpi.
2. We send the design (2-3 designs to choose from) for approval in the form of a pdf file.
3. Once the design is approved, the matrix is made.

OPTIONALLY RECOMMENDED:
HOT-STAMP MIRROR - the device allows you to make a HOT-STAMP type imprint in wood. The work consists in heating a brass stamp and burning an engraved logo, graphics or text by pressing it to the wooden surface.

- the burnisher is designed for continuous operation
- very good balance of the device allows comfortably for long work without hand fatigue.
- the heating pin is ended with M8 thread with a length of 10mm which allows for easy replacement of stamps.
