Product description

Great looking champion type belt presented to a participant in a boxing gala. Belt made with laser technology according to an individually designed project tailored to the needs of the customer. We can design each belt from scratch creating a new individual shape.

CENTRAL PART OF THE BELT:
- dimensions: 23x23cm
- round shape
- any inscriptions, graphics, logos of organizers or sponsors
- silver engraving laminate with UV print and engraving
- 5mm thick hot molded acrylic
- thickness of the central part from 8 to 10mm
- decorative steel rivets

TWO SIDE ELEMENTS OF THE BELT:
- dimensions: 6,7 x 9,6 cm
- any shape
- any inscription and logos of organizers or sponsors
- silver engraving laminate with UV printing
- thickness of side parts from 6,6mm to 9,6mm depending on whether we use convex logos.
- decorative steel rivets

BELT DIMENSIONS
- overall length: 130cm
- belt width: 26cm
- the dimensions given are approximate depending on the shape of the central part and the weight of the riders.

LEATHER PART OF THE BELT:
- consists of three layers of car leather, glued, pressed and heat-welded and hemmed.
- large steel buckle riveted to the leather part


BEFORE IMPLEMENTATION:
we prepare designs (PDF file) and send them to the indicated e-mail address for approval. At the design stage, you can contact a graphic designer at any time, who will help you develop and choose the best design. After accepting the design, we proceed to production.
