The coin is made with the utmost care from fine silver, as confirmed by a certificate of authenticity. The obverse of the coin depicts a silhouette of the saint, while the reverse shows the town of San Giovanni Rotondo, the place of Padre Pio's life. On the obverse we can engrave a short name or the initials of the recipient. The coin is protected by a specialized mint cap and is packaged in an elegant cardboard case.
