Aluminium ID badge covered with resin - 70x25mm - ID139 - UV print and doming

ID badges seemingly trivial, but for many years they have raised the image of many companies and positively influence the evaluation of customers. Any self-respecting company knows how important a stage was the introduction of badges and what benefits follow. ID badges are dedicated primarily to all places where identification of people is required (hotels, restaurants, spas, spas, customer service, etc.). The presented badges are made of brushed steel. We print any content on the badges using UV technology and then refine them in the doming process. Doming consists in covering the aluminum surface with a resin coating. This process refines the UV print and the badges gain an attractive spatial effect that catches the eye. Badges also become more resistant to external factors. 

 

Before implementation, we prepare a design (PDF file) and send it for approval to the indicated e-mail address. At the design stage, you can contact the graphic designer at any time. After accepting the project we proceed to production.

Lead time from 5 to 10 working days after approval of the project in the form of a PDF file, which we send to the specified e-mail address

 

Note: As a result of the resin application process (doming), there is a darkening of the white color (e.g. white background) which gives an effect similar to a light shade of gray. You will not get 100% white as in the case of badges with printing alone. In this case, we suggest leaving the background in the color of the material or choosing badges without doming option.

 

Badges are made with two types of fasteners:

Clasp B - is a standard clasp with a pin fastener.

Clasp C - is a modern magnetic clasp, it consists of two parts: the first is a magnet, which you mount under your clothes, while the second is a plate of metal glued to the badge. The two parts attract each other strongly by squeezing a small piece of clothing. The clasp does not damage the clothes!
