Product description

A magnificent looking champion type belt presented as a token of appreciation to the mayor. Belt made with CNC technology according to an individually designed customized project. Each belt we can design from scratch creating a new individual shape.

CENTRAL PART OF THE BELT:
- dimensions: 26,2 x 26,2 cm
- brushed brass, engraved and cut in CNC technology
- covered with a layer of black paint and brushed varnish (there is a possibility of using any color).
- any shape
- any inscription, graphics, logos of organizers or sponsors
- brass thickness 1,6mm
- decorative silver steel rivets

TWO SIDE ELEMENTS OF THE BELT:
- dimensions: 10,7 x 4,2 cm
- brushed brass, engraved and cut out using CNC technology
- covered with a layer of black paint and brushed varnish (there is a possibility of applying any color scheme).
- any shape
- any inscription and logos of organizers or sponsors
- possibility of convex or concave logos
- thickness of brass 1,6mm
- decorative steel rivets

THE LEATHER PART OF THE BELT:
- consists of three layers of automotive leather, glued, pressed and heat-welded, hemmed with lacquered and polished sides.

BELT fastening (at your choice):
- on a large steel buckle riveted to the leather part
- on a professional very strong Velcro

BELT DIMENSIONS:
dimensions given are approximate, depending on the shape of the central part and the weight of the players.
- belt length (circumference): 144cm
- height of the central part: 29cm
- width of the sides: 8,5cm
- velcro fastener consists of two parts with a length of 25cm and 20cm

BEFORE IMPLEMENTATION:
we prepare designs (PDF file) and send for approval to the indicated e-mail address. At the design stage, you can contact a graphic designer at any time, who will help you develop and choose the best design. After accepting the project we proceed to production.
