Product description

A great looking championship belt that is a symbol of determination, perseverance and victory! The belt makes a perfect gift for athletes and can be used as a prize or recognition at various community events such as local festivals, talent competitions, etc. The belt was made using digital UV printing based on a design created for the client. We can design each belt from scratch, creating a new and individual shape.

Dimensions of the central part of the belt: 277 x 230 mm

- the central part can be any shape

Materials:

- gold engraving laminate 0.8 mm with UV print

- white 1.6 mm engraving laminate with UV print

- lettering and logos are selectively varnished

Dimensions of the two side belt elements: 116 x 87 mm

- the side elements can be of any shape

Materials

- white 1.6 mm engraving laminate with UV print

- logos and lettering covered with selective varnish

The leather part of the belt:

- consists of three layers of automotive leather, glued, pressed and heat-welded and hemmed.

- A large steel buckle is riveted to the leather part.

Dimensions of the entire belt: 132 x 27.5 cm

- Dimensions given are approximate and depend on the shape of the central part and the weight of the riders.

Before realisation, we prepare the design (PDF file) and send it for approval to the indicated e-mail address. At the design stage, you can contact a graphic designer at any time, who will help you develop and select the best design. Once the design is approved, we proceed to production.
