Small Tactile Map with Braille - Plexi, ADA and Laminate - Size: 445x350mm - TAB552

A small tyflographic signboard made of Plexiglas in various colors, ADA plastic and textures laminate. The base of the signboard is white PVC with a thickness of 5 mm, on which there is Plexiglas with blue printing. Tiflographic plans are especially useful for blind people to quickly orient themselves in an unfamiliar space. The left, blue side of the board, including the logo, was made of 3 mm thick Plexiglas. The walls of the individual rooms are made of ADA plastic in 1.6 mm dark blue, as well as 0.8 mm black and red. The numbering is rounded thanks to the use of resin (doming). The yellow information plates are made of textures laminate with a rough, easy-to-feel texture. The plan is detailed in Braille. The colors used in the design are contrasting, which improves readability for the visually impaired. Braille characters can be clearly felt under the finger thanks to the use of professional licensed Braille balls hammered with CNC technology. In accordance with the recommendations of the PZN, they are placed at a height of 0.5 mm and have a base width of 1.5 mm. The whole is mounted to the wall on foam tape.
