Tactile map of the park with Braille script - size: 594x420mm - TAB467

Large tiflographic board made of Plexiglas, ADA plastic and granular laminate. Tiflographic plans are especially useful for blind people to quickly orient themselves in an unfamiliar space. The presented board shows a complete plan of the park. The main and side alleys are made of ADA plastic (about 1mm high). Individual elements of the park are made of Plexiglas with UV printing (2mm high). The sports area was marked with a textures laminate with a rough, easily felt texture. At the same time, it is the least convex element of the board - 0.8mm relative to the main surface.  The plan is described in detail in Braille script. The colors used in the design are contrasting, which improves readability for the visually impaired. The UV print used is applied from the back so the content is resistant to abrasion and damage. Braille characters can be clearly felt under the fingertip thanks to the use of professional licensed braille balls hammered in CNC technology. In accordance with PZN recommendations, they are placed at a height of 0.5mm and have a base width of 1.5mm. The whole is mounted to the wall on six aluminum spacers (optional).

 

Before implementation, we prepare a design (PDF file) and send it for approval to the indicated e-mail address. At the design stage, you can contact the graphic designer at any time. After accepting the project we proceed to production.
